Furnace went kaput yesterday afternoon. I called Van’s and they were able to send a tech over within 90 minutes. The tech did a wonderful job of diagnosing the problem but could not get the replacement part until today. He even offered to go back to the shop and get us a couple of space heaters to use for the evening! I thanked him but said we could pull through for the night. Another tech came and installed the replacement part today and gave me some recommendations as to what to keep my eye on, seeing that it is an older furnace. I could not be happier with the work that was done and the kindliness of the technicians. I will not hesitate to call back for any future needs! Extremely happy.
